As an example, if a customer has a 1meg plan with a 20 gigabyte cap, and uses 25 gigabytes of data over the course of a month, that customer will receive a $5 charge on a separate bill sent on the 1st of the next month. Customers who are on six month plans will receive a separate bill for the overage charges each month.

To manage your bandwidth consumption, we have developed a page where you can see how much bandwidth you have consumed for the month, how much you have left on your cap and what your current overage charges are.
