- Vistabeam™ collects personal information
when you open a Vistabeam™ high speed Internet access account, when you use Vistabeam™ products
or services and when you visit Vistabeam™ web pages.
- When you open an account we may ask
for information including but not limited to your name, mailing
address, telephone number, email address, credit card information
and server information for billing and service configuration
purposes.
- Vistabeam™ automatically receives and
records information including username, IP address, date
and time to our log files when a user accesses Vistabeam™ services.
- Vistabeam™ may receive and record information
to our log files from your browser when you visit Vistabeam™
web sites, including your IP address, time, and the page
you request.
- Vistabeam™ uses information for
the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests
for products and services, improve Vistabeam™ high
speed Internet access services, contact
you for billing or technical support purposes and to diagnose
and analyze problems.

- Vistabeam™ does not sell, rent,
exchange or otherwise disclose any information concerning
customers or site visitors except to provide new products
or products or services you have requested, when we have

speed Internet access account information at any time by emailing support@vistabeam.com.
- Certain communications from Vistabeam™ such as Vistabeam™ high speed Internet access service
announcements and administrative messages are considered
part of Vistabeam™ membership and you may not opt out
of receiving them.

Protecting your privacy and your information is a top priority at Vistabeam™.
We take careful measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration
of your information. Your information is only accessible in order to
